Constant marine air in Pacific Beach had rusted the track, frayed the cables, and eaten the bottom panel of this door.
We replaced the corroded panel, swapped the track and cables for galvanized hardware, and sealed the bottom against salt air. We also showed the owner a simple rinse-and-lubricate routine to extend the life of the new parts.
A door that looks and runs like new, with hardware built for the coast.
